Quality Assurance

Stamfords provides Quality Assurance of the highest standard and is committed to understanding, meeting and exceeding needs and expectations of all our customers throughout the entire process of the project and our company policy is to ensure our continuous improvement is aided with the information gathered from our customers so we meet the targets and objectives.

We employ a Quality Assured Auditor and our processes include internal auditing and quality management processes, routine site inspections, toolbox talks and risk assessments and well as regularly reviewing our project plans in-line with our policies and procedures to verify compliance and the requirements of the contract documents but also our legal obligations.

Stamfords ensure that our Site Manager is based on site permanently, with the Contracts Manager making regular visits, carrying out specialist inspections for specific projects aspects, such as; environmental commitment, site waste management and accessibility.
